This morning I get up to yet another day with out Internet service. I thought oh did I not pay the bill.

Yep I paid it! When I go to pay the current month, ha low & behold the price has gone up! Imagine that. I havenโ€™t received a statement in I donโ€™t know how long so how am I to know what the true amount.

I tried calling.... no answer. Tried the chat, no answer. This is really getting to be rediculous!

When it is running, itโ€™s buffering 90% of the time. Very unhappy!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

I agree with your comments on Rise Broadband, this is a sorry excuse and example of what telecomunication provider should be. Their service is less than par and it is supported by an entry level support group at best.

I have been without good internet service for two months and i keep working with the NOC, only to get strung along with "Our network Support group is working on it" and that is after you wait in the call queue for over 45 minute. They do seem to get the billing right, but that is probably due to direct deposit, or mail, surely not via their internet service
