Great customer service on the front end, sales, acct. setup, help getting started.
Also to be fair their tech support has been good-very good in my experience. My new service got me over 20mb when I first started. Now I'm down below 5mb. When I call tech suppt.
they pretty much just have me reboot all 3 units, (router, black box, and other little black box), and when everything links back up I'm at around 9-12. Next evening I'm right back in the same place.
If you complain they'll send you off to play with rebooting *** while they loosen the noose on your connection. 24 hours later the noose tightens again.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
