YOU SPEND 45 MINUTES MINIMUM TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO THEM AND I REQUESTED A SUPERVISOR CALL BE BECAUSE BEING WITHOUT SERVICE FOR 10 DAYS IS ABSURD, BUT YES AGAIN YOU GUESSED IT,,, NO CALL TO ME FROM SKYBEAM EVER.

HORRIBLE CONNECTION, HORRIBLE OR NO CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RUDE AND VERY UNACCOMMODATING COMPANY WITH HIGH PRICES, I PAY $73.00 A MONTH FOR THIS GARBAGE...RUN TO ANOTHER PROVIDER

Just wait until they get tired of talking to you and then everybody from customer service reps to tech support script monkeys to the installer they send to your house to "fix" problems will try to "fire" you as a customer by advising you to go to another provider.

You see, you won't get service because they just don't care. If you leave, they still have hundreds of thousands of customers they can rip off, right?
