ON HOLD FOR 50+ MINUTES, HANG UP AND ON HOLD REPEATEDLY FOR 45+ MINUTES. LIVE CHAT IS A JOKE, TOO.

THE ONLY TIME THEY ANSWER THE PHONE IS IF YOU ARE WANTING "NEW SERVICE", THEN TO ONLY BE PUT ON HOLD AGAIN WHEN THEY REALIZE YOU WANT TO CANCEL THIS JOKE OF A SERVICE. WE PAY FOR 15MPBS AND ONLY GET 3.2 ON THE SPEED TEST ALL THE TIME. YOU CANNOT BE ON THE INTERNET IN ONE ROOM, AND EXPECT TO HAVE IT IN THE NEXT ROOM. LOUSY.
