Rise Broadband - Poor to no service and horrible customer service

You will not get service, do not get Rise Broadband. When you cancel they will threaten you about having to pay up to $300.00 for damages to their equipment and will not show up to get it when scheduled. Then threaten to charge $300.00 for not being there when they come at unscheduled times. Company must be in bad shape to try and collect money in a fraudulent manner.

I waited 25 minutes the first time and was disconnected the second time I've called I'm currently still waiting and it's 51 minutes, horrble customer service, my rates more than doubled in one month. No wonder you can't get through to disconnect
