They first started charging me for two accounts and then they charged me for the other account again. And all out of blue they cut out my service.

I tried calling them many times in the month of Oct. I finley got someone. They told me I had not payed my will. I told them I had paid and it was on my bank showing i had indeed payed.

Then they told me i would email them with proof. So I did email them with proof. I then called them the next day telling i had sent the email. The lady from Rise Broadban told me the she send to their main office and as soon as she recived notice.

To day they have never answerd the phone.

So I tried the online and their no way to contact them. Again nothing resovled.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
