Somehow I ended up with this *** internet and suffered through 2 years of overpriced spotty service only to be told when I tried to cancel that I had agreed to a new service contract, which a bogus lie.. when I asked to speak to a manager about their claim I was told they could call me back in 24-48 hours.

I spent over 49 minutes on hold just to be lied to and put off.. hopefully you can learn from my mistake..
