Do not recommend for business. Bandwidth is too sporadic and when weather events occur eg; heavy rain or wind, response time is unacceptable

Rise Broadband - Internet down

Around 12:30 a.m., i could not connect to home security. Tried to reset router, made sure all cables were connected, and unplugged from the electrical connections. So called tech supporr, and it said i was impacted by some network problems and your team was working to resolve the issue. Will this be resolved soon?
