Rise Broadband - The worst customer service and internet service
We had problems with our service claiming we’re using all this data but the down loading and uploading connection is terrible we were passed to9 different people took hours and still never got it corrected we will be changing services ASAP
Rise Broadband - Cant connecf to wifi on dejces for my business account
We cant connect to wifi ony any devices. 2 computers are working but thats off the router. We just noticed it about an hour ago.
Rise Broadband - It’s garbage
It sucks , it lags, more than one persons gets on line you both lag . As soon as my contract is up I’m dumping this crap. Customer service is a joke , when you call the person on the other end of the phone makes you feel like you are putting them out instead of putting forth the effort to help.
