Rise Broadband - Outages and high bill

I have had Rise broadband for years. Now they have so many customers in our are, we are always getting kicked off. If you call them they just say Prime time. Now my bill is always way over the $58 a month it was $203 this month I tried calling them it keeps saying it’s busy to call back My usage used to never go over, now it is never just $58 anymore. Is anyone else having this problem?

Have had rise over 5 years and not once have i seen the speeds that i pay for. Just like the others here i have been told the tower is over capacity and they have not tried to fix the issue with the tower to accomodate all of the users on it. Speeds are usually 2 mbps...

Rise Broadband - Terrible data cap

Rise broad band onoy offers a 200gb data plan for internet. Who this day and age doesnt offer unlimited internet data. When you go over and you will they charge you for each gb over. $300 a month for internet is absolute garbage since i use 500 gb a month and thats just from streaming.
