Rise broadband has the worse coustomer service and tech support I've have ever come across you wait on the phone for hours and when someone finally does pick-up they are some RUDE REPERSEITIVE that can't even help you.

Rise Broadband - Run away

Had internet, it was up and down, then they moved tower and it is down more than up. Would use ANY other service before signing with them. Tech support sucks, could not tell me how to transfer / forward their e-mail to my gmail as I lost my email of 22 years because I left them. {{REDACTED}}
