Rise Broadband - Complete bull crap

Paying $87 for this garbage. They don’t know what costumer service because their heads are up their butts. And I don’t think any of them have a pair of balls cause they sound like babies and they don’t understand how to fix a freaking router. Or their stupid tower. They have a tower down that they said they would fix it but haven’t. Do not get Rise. They are terrible.

Rise Broadband - Awful from the beginning!

I can not begin to tell you the many bad issues with this company from customer service, incompetency of tech, security issues, customer service hanging up on us, length of hold on phone in hours, and the list goes on and on . I will get the message out on social media, word of mouth and other avenues!!

Someone should start a petition to have Rise Broadband investigated for fraud. Last time I checked it was against the law to offer services or even advertise services that you can not offer a consumer. up to 15mbs download speed... your lucky if you get 1mb 500 gig...
