Rise Broadband - Not working and paid overages on cell phone bill
I have had a service for 6 years and never had a problem until july then my cell phone internet was going over and having a nine year old I thought it was her and I stayed on her for not being connected to wifi After finding out that I paid $450 in overage charges from att I asked rise band for a credit since the internet was not working for 4 months most of the time they offered me $6.00 in credit. my bill is $65 a months and my service is only worth a $6.00.
I am done with this 6 years perfect service and they want to act like its my equipment when they just changed everything out all together.
funny new radio and I have perfect service again!!!! Time to look for another provider
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $450.
