Service outage was reported on 12/22. Was told at that time it might be a day or two as it was a site problem.
Called on 12/26 and they said to expect a week. Just opened a chat with Rise to document our conversation. Won't expect a response for another three days. See attached Chat to see Rise Broadband's level of customer support.
It seems that this company is having some internal issues especially with customer support. Speed has never been that great. Less than 3 mBps down and less than 1 mBps up. I am told that there are other wireless providers looking at this area.
I hope they can put up sites soon. The text of the attached Online chat pretty well tells how their customer support works.
