The reliability is awful. It's off several times a month and often several times a week.
Occasionally it's off for days. The good news is customer wait times are long and their excuses are numerous. I called several times a day only to be given different reasons for the "new" problem. I contacted more times than I can count.
Don't get a contract. It's cheaper but the only way the contract is void is if they can not or will not send a signal. The way the supervisor explained it was "if our tower falls down and we choose not to replace it, we'll let you out. Otherwise, the contract is in force." Their service rep will tell you different but read the fine print.
I live in a rural area and they are the only provider or I would certainly be gone. The one star review they have across the internet is generous.
