They'll encourage you sign a 2 year contract, go paperless and autopay...
Then they'll jack your rates whenever they want..
Then they'll slide in BS 'services' like "PC Care" and add that to your bill @ $9.00/mo. If you don't specifically cancel it get's added and dings you month after month.
Customer service will credit back up to 3 months but you have to pry that out of them... Keep a close eye on your bill and hold them accountable.
This might be legal but it's a BS business practice designed to take advantage of their busy customer base.
DO NOT TRUST THEM. I'm counting down the days until we can cancel. I won't do biz with a company that I don't trust.
