Rise enticed me to sign up for their two year contract by offering a Roku. They never sent the Roku.

I contacted them 5 times on the issue. Here's a typical reply from them: We have forwarded the information on, so that we can figure out where the roku is for you. We appreciate your business and wish you a happy new year! ______________________________________ From: XXXXX Sent: 1/3/2016 10:02 PM To: support@***.com;billing@***.com;info@***.com Subject: Issue with fulfillment of Rise Broadband 2 year plan Dear Rise Support, Billing, and Sales, Re.XXXXXX When I signed up for my current plan, a roku was supposed to be included as a sign up bonus.

This offer came to me in the mail. I called in and signed up for that offer. The Roku hasn't arrived yet, 4 months later. I've previously sent in requests asking for the Roku.

I've not received an answer. I'm fine with a credit instead of the Roku.

Can you look into this for me? Thanks,XXXXX

Rise Broadband Pros: Speed and reliability is fine.

Rise Broadband Cons: Not delivering roku as promised, Automatic add of pc tuneup service without asking.

If Rise Broadband can't deliver your speeds, do you think they are going to deliver an internet streaming device (aka, Roku).
