Rise enticed me to sign up for their two year contract by offering a Roku. They never sent the Roku.
I contacted them 5 times on the issue. Here's a typical reply from them: We have forwarded the information on, so that we can figure out where the roku is for you. This offer came to me in the mail. I called in and signed up for that offer. The Roku hasn't arrived yet, 4 months later. I've previously sent in requests asking for the Roku.
I've not received an answer. I'm fine with a credit instead of the Roku.
