Technician got here at 9, sat for 40 minutes and left to go help another tech finish a job. Both came back at 11:30am and got a signal on the ground in the driveway.
Fast forward 4 hours, holes in the fascia of the house, holes in the roof (had to move the antenna a few times) holes in the office ceiling and now can't get a signal. We may be too far away...nope, 5.1 miles from the tower. Must be something else transmitting at 5ghz between you and the tower, nope try again. Well you must be situated perfectly 45 degrees from the tower and in a dead zone.
Called Customer Service, and gosh we're sorry...we're always expanding our network, you should check back soon to see if we have service in your area.Damage to the house, day of lost work, and no service...but I'm welcome to check back with them, so, there that.
