Technician got here at 9, sat for 40 minutes and left to go help another tech finish a job. Both came back at 11:30am and got a signal on the ground in the driveway.

Fast forward 4 hours, holes in the fascia of the house, holes in the roof (had to move the antenna a few times) holes in the office ceiling and now can't get a signal. We may be too far away...nope, 5.1 miles from the tower. Must be something else transmitting at 5ghz between you and the tower, nope try again. Well you must be situated perfectly 45 degrees from the tower and in a dead zone.

Called Customer Service, and gosh we're sorry...we're always expanding our network, you should check back soon to see if we have service in your area. Damage to the house, day of lost work, and no service...but I'm welcome to check back with them, so, there that.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of wireless internet from Rise Broadband. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $750 and wants Rise Broadband to "figure out why there is a mysterious dead zone 5 miles away with clear line of sight and enough of a signal that the techs decided to cut hole in my house".
