Rise Broadband - Very very slow to fix any issues with their service.

Very slow down and up load, 2.5 and .7 mbps, been going on for months, called and issue on their tower.

Rise Broadband - Horrible Company

Over psid them $1700 almost 3 months ago. Still fighting to get it back from them. Have sent them everything they ask for and more. Every time I call they say they need something else. Even had my bank on the phone with them asking what more does this guy need to do. Now tell m ed it will still be another 6 weeks. Service is horrible, way over priced add potty service. Avoid at all costs.

Rise Broadband - Customer care

I've waited on the phone for close to an hour on two separate occasions today and then for the next hour I couldn't get anybody to answer and it always takes me straight to technical support. If I can't even get a hold of somebody from this company I'm going to cancel my contract today.

I contacted them to cancel but they said I should wait till my phone number ported. Then they never cancelled...I emailed and cancelled the day after I called and gave them written notification. They said that they "can't accept a written cancellation"...in what world...

I just did a little bit of ballpark math and take a look at this - If Rise had a tower in every city/town that a review has been posted from, it would be around 280 towers. That $16.9 million dollar grant they received from the FCC would break down to around $60,000...

If they don't own the towers, they have to lease space on a tower, paying monthly rentals and insurance. At a nominal $250.00 per month, that's $3,000 annually x 280 towers = ...

Can only get 5 gigs, tech said you allow other providers to use your tower which intergiers with your customers service. Does not seem to be good business practice
