Switched to Valley Electric on June 7, 2018 at end of billing period. Been trying to cancel ever since to no avail.

Tired of waiting on hold for an eternity to talk to an cancellation rep. Had Rise Broadband for over 4 years and nothing but problems. I will not attempt to call again. This has to be the worst Service I had ever done business with in my entire life.

Valley Electric is like day and night. 100% better and of course also faster and less expensive. Each time I call them or they call me they ask for zip code and phone number on account. Their response is always they cannot verify either.

Only want to give directions on how to pay bill. Finally they promise to refer to Agent and again they ask for phone number on account and zip code followed by a endless wait for an agent

I've had Rise Broadband well over four years and they have literally been the worst! Their Customer Service is horrible as well as technical support.
